All firearm purchases must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected FFL dealer is properly licensed and willing to complete the transfer.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after full payment is received and verified. Firearm orders will not ship until FFL documentation has been received and approved.

Once FFL approval is confirmed, orders typically ship within 2 business days.

3. Shipping Requirements

All firearms must be shipped directly to the address associated with the receiving FFL dealer. Shipping to residential addresses is not permitted for firearms.

Customers acknowledge that shipping costs may vary depending on destination type. In some cases, shipping to residential addresses (for non-FFL items) may incur higher fees than shipping to a commercial or business address.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund/Return Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms, including applicable restocking fees and timeframes.
