Refund/Return Policy

Cybex Precision Gunworx offers a limited return policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

10-Day Inspection Period

Customers have a 10-day look period from the date of delivery to inspect their purchase and request a return.

Defective or Faulty Products

If a product is found to be defective or faulty:

• Cybex Precision Gunworx will cover return shipping costs
• A replacement or full refund will be issued upon inspection

Non-Defective Returns

If a customer chooses to return a product that is not defective within the 10-day period:

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging and documentation must be included
• Firearm returns must comply with all applicable laws and be coordinated through an FFL

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to legal or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
