Delivery Policy

At Cybex Precision Gunworx, we strive to provide fast and compliant delivery of all products.

FFL Shipping Requirements

All firearms must be shipped to a valid and verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Orders will not be processed or shipped until FFL documentation is received and approved.

Customers must:

• Select an FFL dealer during checkout or provide FFL information after purchase
• Ensure the dealer is willing to accept the transfer
• Confirm all local and state requirements are met

Processing Time

Once FFL approval is completed, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping Destinations

• Firearms: Must ship to the official FFL business address
• Non-FFL items: May ship directly to customer-provided addresses

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary based on destination and package type. Please note:

• Shipping to business addresses is typically less expensive
• Shipping to residential addresses may incur higher fees

While we aim for prompt delivery, Cybex Precision Gunworx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, FFL processing times, or regulatory requirements.
